Resued content means duplicate content.
the video which is uploaded by you on your youtube channel which is already in youtube(uploaded by other people).
which menas same video using by multiple people and it leads to re-used content.
For example:
Go to Youtube and search mr bean whatsapp status
Then you wil see multiple videos of mr bean which is uploaded by differnet people and they cant montize because of reused content.
Now most of the Youtubers are facing resued content problem and disqualifying for montization.
Even my Friend SRinivas Rajnikanth also faced the same issue.
he applied 2times for montization and youtube rejeceted because of resued content.
So Guys dont upload other people videos try to upload your own videos.
if you stil upload other people videos then you wil face copyright strike and copyright claim .
